I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cute, well laid out, and relatively spacious. The location was ideal, close to downtown and the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and their English was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

As in whole North Europe it has no bidet.

Breakfast room is rather cramped. Bedroom could do with air-conditioning or fan as it was very warm.

I always stay here when I visit. The staff is friendly. They even helped me return my forgotten things. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, TV, kettle. Plus, it's near the beach and there's no pets or smoking. I'll be back for Christmas!

Helpful and friendly. Kept our bags even though we arrived at 8 am and then placed them in the room for us.

Reception not staffed full day on Sundays - couldnt leave our bags after checking out because the place was closed till 4pm and we needed to collect the bags at 3pm.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location was perfect; straight down the beach road, we walked to the interesting water front for lovely views and great food. the service was impeccable - the staff was always helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious, with a charming view of the back to the ferry. the bathroom was clean and modern, with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with fantastic coffee in the on-site café.

There was a minor issue with the internet connection. Despite the hotel advertizing it, the wireless internet was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to connect to VPN.

Just a short walk from restaurants, shops& beach, good location. Decor was well thought out.Comfy bed and nice furnishings.

Pretty much impossible to dry yourself in the bathroom after a shower. If all the rooms are the same, and they probably are, the sink sticks out between the toilet & the shower, you can just stand sideways. The rooms were quite tight for space, drawers for clothes would be a good idea, and the bed against the wall on 1 side was quite annoying. No air con or fan, we had great weather so nights were quite warm. Also, the walls were PAPER thin. We were trying to sleep when we were woken by the sound of a young lady enjoying her time in room 206 early hours of 19th, she moaned & groaned forever.

Convenient for channel port or quick overnight stop..

No staff on reception and doors locked after about 2200hrs so do not arrive late. No hotel restaurant (only buffet breakfast bar) but plenty of local restaurants. On a side issue (not hotel related) the streets of Le Havre are a mess whilst a tramway system is being constructed all over the town (Sept 2011).
